REFUND POLICY.
If you have paid LESS than $799 for your services, there are NO REFUNDS AT ANYTIME. The fees you have paid up until that that point are accredited to office consultation fees, divorce paperwork preparation fees and anytime that has been allotted to your case.
It does not matter if 60 seconds have gone by since you made payment, there are NO REFUNDS AT ANYTIME. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you have paid $799 or more for your services, then that means you have paid your filing fee (which is $299). Provided that we have NOT yet filed your case yet to the court and have NOT paid the court the filing fee, this amount ($299) can be refunded back to you upon your request.
Concerning our 24-Hour Policy in which you can make free revisions to your documents that we have prepared / or will prepare for you after your online questionnaire has been filled out, this does NOT mean that we will refund you within the 24 hour time period.
This SIMPLY means that if you wish to make changes to your documents within 24 hours after the online questionnaire has been filled out, we will NOT charge you any revision fees.
GUARANTEES.
We guarantee that the court will accept your divorce paperwork for filing. Just like attorneys, we cannot guarantee our clients any results whatsoever that the judge will sign your papers.
If the courts reject your papers and want revisions, we will do the revisions at no charge to you provided that we did not put any language in there that you demanded we put there, that we suggested to you that you shouldn’t put in the documents.
We do not guarantee any time frames for the judge signing your divorce or legal documents.
We cannot force the court to sign your paperwork (and no attorney can do that either).
If you have a time frame that you need your divorce done in, we will do our best to accommodate you and get the service done as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee results.
RUSH SERVICE.
Rush service of $100 to $200 means that we will prepare your divorce documents same day or next day.
Rush service of $300 means that we will prepare your divorce documents same day AND file same day as well.
